Your access to or utilization of the Website signifies that you have thoroughly examined this Policy and consent to its binding effect. Should any element of this Policy be unacceptable to you, immediate termination of Website use is required.

3. No Sale of Goods or Services by Shopperment

3.1 Shopperment does not operate as an e‑commerce seller or marketplace, does not maintain inventory, and does not enter into sale of goods or service contracts with Users in relation to any products or services displayed, mentioned, or referenced on the Website.

3.2 Any descriptions, prices, availability information, features, specifications, or other product/service details displayed on the Website are informational only and may be sourced from, or linked to, Third‑Party Sellers. Such information does not constitute an offer to sell by Shopperment.

3.3 All contractual relationships concerning purchase, delivery, quality, performance, return, or refund of any product or service are formed solely between you and the relevant Third‑Party Seller.


4. No Refunds or Returns by Shopperment for Third‑Party Transactions

4.1 Shopperment does not accept returns, does not process refunds, and does not provide replacements or exchanges for any product or service purchased from a Third‑Party Seller, irrespective of whether you accessed such Third‑Party Seller through the Website or through any Affiliate Link.

4.2 Shopperment has no control over, and bears no responsibility for:

a) The acceptance, rejection, or processing of any return request raised with a Third‑Party Seller;
b) Any decision by a Third‑Party Seller regarding approval, partial approval, or denial of a refund;
c) The timelines within which a Third‑Party Seller processes returns, reversals, store credit, or monetary refunds;
d) The condition, packaging, shipping method, or logistical arrangements associated with returns or replacements managed by Third‑Party Sellers.​

4.3 Any rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, delayed, misdescribed, or otherwise non‑conforming products or services must be exercised directly against the relevant Third‑Party Seller in accordance with their applicable terms, conditions, and refund/return policies, and in accordance with applicable law.​


5. Your Obligations When Seeking Returns or Refunds from Third‑Party Sellers

5.1 Before completing any purchase with a Third‑Party Seller, you are solely responsible for reviewing:

a) The Third‑Party Seller’s return, refund, cancellation, and exchange policy;
b) Any applicable warranty, guarantee, or after‑sales terms;
c) Conditions relating to eligibility, time limits, product condition requirements, proof of purchase, shipping charges, and restocking fees.​

5.2 In the event of a request for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange in relation to a Third‑Party Transaction, you must:

6. Shopperment’s Limited Role and Disclaimer

6.1 Shopperment’s role is limited to:

b) Providing Affiliate Links or references to Third‑Party Sellers;
c) Facilitating redirection to third‑party platforms for potential purchases.

6.2 Shopperment does not verify, endorse, warrant, or guarantee:

a) The quality, fitness, merchantability, or suitability of any product or service offered by a Third‑Party Seller;
b) The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information displayed on Third‑Party platforms;
c) That any return or refund request made to a Third‑Party Seller will be honored or processed in any particular manner or timeframe.​

6.3 Shopperment shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

a) Defective, damaged, or non‑conforming goods or services supplied by a Third‑Party Seller;
b) Refusal, delay, or partial processing of returns or refunds by a Third‑Party Seller;
c) Any act or omission of shipping agents, couriers, logistics providers, payment gateways, or financial institutions involved in Third‑Party Transactions.


7. Refunds and Returns for Any Shopperment‑Provided Services

7.1 As of the “Last updated” date of this Policy, Shopperment does not offer paid products or services directly to Users through the Website that would independently give rise to return or refund rights vis‑à‑vis Shopperment.

7.2 If, in the future, Shopperment introduces chargeable services or digital offerings (for example, premium content, consultancy, or subscription services), the terms governing cancellation, refund, and return (if any) will be:

a) Expressly stated at the point of purchase; and
b) Incorporated by reference into this Policy or into a separate, service‑specific policy.

8.1 Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal request in relation to amounts paid to a Third‑Party Seller must be taken up directly with the relevant Third‑Party Seller and/or your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider in accordance with their applicable rules.

8.2 Shopperment is not a party to your payment relationship with Third‑Party Sellers or with financial institutions and cannot initiate, control, or compel any refund or reversal of such Transactions.

8.3 If any sums are ever collected by or routed through Shopperment (for example, due to future direct services), Shopperment reserves the right to contest or respond to chargebacks in accordance with applicable law and payment network rules, and to recover any associated costs from you in the event of fraudulent or abusive disputes.


9. Compliance with Applicable Law

9.1 Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other applicable law, to the extent such legislation applies to the relevant Transaction and the responsible Third‑Party Seller.​

9.2 To the extent that applicable law places primary obligations regarding returns and refunds upon the seller, marketplace, or e‑commerce entity that concluded the sale with you, such obligations shall rest with the relevant Third‑Party Seller and not with Shopperment.​


10. No Waiver of Third‑Party Policies

10.1 Shopperment has no authority to modify, waive, extend, or interpret the refund or return policies of any Third‑Party Seller.

10.2 Any statement made by Shopperment (including via email or the Website) which appears to comment on or explain a Third‑Party Seller’s practices is purely informational in nature and shall not be construed as an amendment or override of such Third‑Party Seller’s policies.


11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Subject to the fullest extent allowed under relevant laws, Shopperment disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, encompassing but not restricted to profit loss, data loss, or goodwill impairment, resulting from or associated with:

a) Your reliance on any content, review, recommendation, or comparison published on the Website;
b) Any Transaction conducted with a Third‑Party Seller;
c) The refusal, delay, or handling of any return or refund request by a Third‑Party Seller.

11.2 Shopperment’s total aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the Website shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount (if any) actually received by Shopperment from you directly for a Shopperment‑provided service giving rise to such claim.


12. Amendments to This Policy

12.1 Shopperment reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Policy, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion.

12.2 Revised versions take effect immediately upon publication on the Website, accompanied by a new “Last updated” date.

12.3 Your continued access or use of the Website following the posting of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of such revised Policy. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Website.

14.2 Excluding mandatory statutory dispute procedures, Gurugram, Haryana courts in India hold sole jurisdiction for disputes stemming from this Policy or Website usage.
